Dynamic Presentations from Your iPad with iTrial – Even in Zoom!
Download iTrial ($99.99)You don’t have to be limited when you need to show and zoom into sections of a document from your iPad, and you can even do this via Zoom and other meeting apps!
Today’s app is iTrial which is an innovative presentation app from ExhibitView Solutions, LLC, a litigation support and trial presentation consulting company.
Most of you already know how to use Microsoft PowerPoint or Apple’s Keynote to give a presentation, but that requires you to have a pre-configured set of slides that you’ll show one after the other.
But many times, you have a list of documents, or pictures, or other files, that you not only want to show on the screen, but you also want to zoom into a section, or highlight some text, or draw an arrow to a paragraph. And that’s where apps like iTrial can help!
Now don’t get hung up on the “trial” part of the iTrial app … yes of course you can use this in a formal hearing or trial, but you can use iTrial in a meeting with colleagues or clients, or any scenario where you want to control the attention of your audience!
Here is a list of the tools & buttons in iTrial:
- Callout
- Rotation
- Highlight
- Straight Pen Tool
- Freehand Pen Tool
- Undo / Redo
- Eraser
- Laser Pointer
- Screenshot / Snapshot
- Projector
- Clear Screen
You can even use iTrial through Zoom to dynamically show a document and draw callouts or highlights on specific text! I usually recommend doing this by connecting your iPad to a computer that’s using the Zoom software.
This video is NOT sponsored by ExhibitView Solutions, but I was provided with a complimentary download of the iTrial app several years ago.
