Today’s app is PDFpen Scan+ from Smile Software. Scan+ isn’t the first scanning app I turn to on my iPhone or iPad, but I keep it around for one purpose: to OCR my existing non-searchable PDF files. Scan+ is a universal app for $6.99.

Today’s app is from Dictionary.com. There are two apps for the iPhone (free & premium @ $3.99) and two apps for the iPad (free & premium @ $4.99). The Dictionary.com apps give you instant access to a functional dictionary and thesaurus and can even be used offline.
Today’s app is TrialDirector for iPad from InData Corporation, the developer of the #1 trial presentation software for Windows computers. The TrialDirector for iPad app is completely free and requires at least iOS 7.1.
